Corporate event travel management: every guest's flights, hotel and transfers in one app
With My Travel, each guest opens the event app and sees their own travel plan: outbound and return journeys, accommodation, car rental and transfers, each with its status. Organizers load the plans in bulk from the panel, and a change reaches the person it concerns.
Why it matters
When guests travel to an event from several cities, the travel agency sends tickets as separate emails, the hotel sends a rooming list as a spreadsheet and the transfer company sends its own schedule. The organizer's team ends up holding the only complete picture, and every guest asks the same questions: what time is my flight, which hotel am I in, when does the bus leave. When a flight moves or a transfer leaves earlier, the PDF sent last week is wrong, and nobody can be sure who has the new one.
How it works
Load the plans in bulk
Upload the travel agency's data in the panel with an Excel template that has one sheet per item type, or add an item to several guests at once. The panel warns about an item that overlaps one the guest already has.
Every leg and every night
Journeys by flight, train, bus or own car are marked outbound or return, with carrier, number, PNR, seat and baggage. Accommodation shows the hotel, check-in and check-out dates, room type and distance to the venue.
A status on every item
Each item is pending, confirmed or cancelled, so you can publish a plan before every booking is final. A cancelled item stays visible as cancelled.
Changes reach the right people
When an item is added, its status changes or its time or place moves, the guest gets a notification in the app and by push. For anything else, send email and push to selected people or to a category.
By event type
Corporate events
Incentive trips, dealer meetings and international kick-offs, where each employee and guest needs their own flight, hotel and transfer.
Congresses
Invited speakers and delegates see their flights and hotel in the same app as the scientific program.
Trade fairs
Hosted buyers see their journey, hotel and transfers to the venue next to their planned meetings.

Who can see a guest's travel plan?
Each guest sees only their own plan in the app. In the panel, the plans are visible to the organizer's users who have access to travel.
Which kinds of travel can a plan hold?
Journeys by flight, train, bus or own car, accommodation, car rental and transfers. Transfers show the meeting point, time and a map link; car rentals show the pickup and drop-off places and times.
In which timezone are times shown?
Each time is shown in the local time of its place, as the ticket shows it: a flight from Istanbul to Lisbon departs in Istanbul time and lands in Lisbon time.
Can e-tickets and vouchers be attached?
Yes. Organizers attach up to three documents to an item, as PDF, JPG or PNG, and the guest opens their own in the app.
Are guests told when their plan changes?
Yes. When an item is added, its status changes or its time or place moves, the guest gets a notification in the app and by push; changes made close together arrive as one notification.
Where is travel data stored?
Data is stored encrypted in the AWS Frankfurt region; for event data, the organizer is the data controller and Eventiqs is the processor.
