Smart Matching: the right people find each other at your event
AI weighs the profiles, goals and in-app activity of attendees and exhibitors together and suggests who each person should meet, with the reason.
These matches are based on your profile, interests and engagement data.
Looking for new partnerships and investment opportunities.
Why it matters
At an event with hundreds of participants, finding the right person is mostly luck. Attendees have no time to read every profile, and exhibitors cannot tell whether the person at their booth is a decision maker. When meetings are left to chance, the attendee's time and the exhibitor's investment are wasted. Smart Matching does that search before the event starts and helps every attendee fill their agenda with the meetings that matter most.
How it works
The right data at registration
The registration form collects sector, title, interests, and what each person is looking for and offers, so matching starts on solid ground.
Suggestions with reasons
In the For You tab of Explore, every attendee sees the people and companies that fit them, each with its reason and match score.
Meeting requests in one tap
Attendees request a meeting straight from a suggestion; once confirmed, it lands in both calendars with the table and time.
Measured in the panel
Organizers follow planned meetings and connection requests live in the analytics panel, and results are reported after the event.
By event type
Trade fairs
Meetings planned before the fair between attendees and exhibitors, hosted buyers and companies, and complementary exhibitors.
Conferences and summits
Targeted introductions between startups and investors, attendees and speakers, and industry professionals.
Congresses
Delegates working in the same field find each other and plan meetings between sessions.
ReferenceAt EMITT 2026, 3,500+ planned B2B meetings among 28,000+ attendees and about 600 exhibitors were managed with Eventiqs.

What are the suggestions based on?
The profile and interest data given at registration, combined with activity in the app. Every suggestion shows its reason and match score.
How does an attendee meet a suggested person?
They send a meeting request from the suggestion card in one tap; once the other side confirms, the meeting lands in both calendars. They can also message before the meeting.
Does matching improve over time?
Yes. With more activity data, suggestions get more accurate in later editions.
Can it run alongside speed networking?
Yes. Smart Matching handles open meetings throughout the event, while Speed Networking runs round-and-table meetings in a set session; both can be on at the same event.
