Smart Photo Sharing: every attendee finds their own photos
AI-powered face matching links event photos to each attendee's profile photo; attendees see their shots in the app and share them with the event frame.

Why it matters
Thousands of photos are taken at an event, and most of them stay in a folder. Attendees have to scroll the whole gallery to find themselves, and organizers share one bulk link without knowing who is in which shot. The result is unshared photos, invisible sponsors and an event that never reaches the social feeds it deserves.
How it works
Upload the photos
Organizers upload photos from the panel throughout the event.
Face matching
AI-powered face matching links each photo to attendees' profile photos.
A personal gallery
Each attendee sees their shots in the My Photos tab under My Program and can download them all.
Share with the frame
Attendees share the photos they pick with the event and sponsor frame in one tap.
By event type
Congresses
Session and stage photos of speakers and delegates, shared with the congress identity.
Corporate events
At launches, dealer meetings and company events, each employee gets their own photos.
Conferences and summits
Panel and networking moments appear in attendees' feeds with the sponsor frame.
Frequently asked questions
How is an attendee recognized?
The attendee's profile photo in the app is the reference; AI-powered face matching finds the event photos that match that person.
Can photos be shared during the event?
Yes. Organizers can upload throughout the event, and attendees see new shots in the app.
Do sponsor logos show on the photos?
Yes. The sharing frame carries the event and sponsor logos, so sponsors become visible as photos are shared.
How is the data protected?
Platform data is stored encrypted in the AWS Frankfurt region; for event data, the organizer is the data controller and Eventiqs is the processor.
