Can I organize startup and investor meetings?
Yes. Hasat 2025 planned 1,000+ investor-startup meetings with Eventiqs. Smart Matching and meeting requests carry the flow, and speed networking sessions can be added.
How do I collect registrations and applications?
The Registration and Visitor Management module gives you a branded registration page and forms, with invite lists, an approval flow and category-based access. Hasat 2026 applications are collected this way at hasat.eventiqs.com.
How is a speed networking session set up?
You define the session, the participant pool and capacity in the panel; the match matrix is built by round, table and time, and once you publish the agenda everyone sees their table in the app.
Can sponsors record who they met?
Yes. With QR connections and business card scanning, sponsors and exhibitors record the people they meet, and the engagement data feeds the sponsor report.
What is reported after the event?
Planned meetings, connection requests, QR scans and messages, plus separate reports for attendees, exhibitors and sponsors.
