What is Eventiqs?
Eventiqs is a modular event platform for trade fairs, congresses, conferences and corporate events. Registration, program, travel, networking, sponsor placements and the organizer panel make up 17 modules in four groups. Attendees use one app on iOS, Android and the mobile web, and you run everything from one panel.
What does modular mean?
Every event needs something different. You turn on the modules your event needs and leave the rest off, and the app attendees see follows that choice. You do not need a separate app for each need.
Which types of events is it for?
It is used for trade fairs, academic congresses, conferences and summits, and corporate events. EMITT 2026 ran 3,500+ planned B2B meetings, Hasat 2025 ran 1,000+ investor-startup meetings and TKBBV 2026 ran 300+ personal calendars with Eventiqs.
Do attendees have to download an app?
No. The app works on iOS and Android with notifications and a QR scanner, and the same content opens in the mobile browser without a download.
How is pricing set?
Pricing depends on the modules you choose and the scale of your event. In a short call we learn what you need and prepare a quote for your event.
How does setup work?
A kickoff meeting settles the modules and the timeline. The app is then configured to your event's identity, your team is trained on the panel, content is loaded and the app is tested with pilot users. We provide live support during the event and report usage at the end.
Where is AI used?
Smart Matching suggests who each attendee should meet, with the reason, based on their profile and interests. Smart Photo Sharing finds each attendee's photos with face matching. AI application screening and an AI support assistant are coming soon.
Where is attendee data stored?
Platform data is stored in the AWS Frankfurt region and encrypted in transit and at rest. For event data, the organizer is the data controller and Eventiqs is the processor. Details are in our privacy policy.
