Why it matters

Speed networking is one of the most effective ways to make many contacts in a short time, but planning it by hand is hard work. Matching who sits at which table in which round, handling last-minute changes and getting the right information to everyone takes hours. When the plan is wrong, participants spend their rounds in irrelevant conversations and the session loses its value.

How it works

    01

    Define the session

Enter the date, time, round length and number of tables in the panel.

    02

    Pool and RSVPs

Choose who joins the session, send invitations and track RSVPs.

    03

    The match matrix

Meetings are laid out in a matrix by round, table and time. Edit the draft cell by cell, and re-run matching if needed.

    04

    Publish the agenda

As soon as you publish, every participant sees their table, time and meeting partner in the app.

By event type

Trade fairs

Round-based meetings between hosted buyers and exhibitors, so each buyer meets more companies in limited time.

Conferences and summits

Startup and investor sessions, mentoring rounds and industry introductions.

Corporate events

Introduction sessions for dealers, partners and teams.

Frequently asked questions

Can matches be changed by hand?

Yes. The draft matrix is editable cell by cell; after your changes you publish the agenda.

Where do participants see their table?

Once the agenda is published, each participant sees their table, time and meeting partner in the app.

How is it different from Smart Matching?

Smart Matching suggests open meetings throughout the event; Speed Networking runs planned round-and-table meetings in a set session.

What if someone does not show up?

You track RSVPs before the session, and if needed re-run matching and publish the updated agenda.
