Garanti BBVA at COP31: one app for a team of 500+ and its guests

Goal

Garanti BBVA and BBVA Group take part in the summit at their Green Zone pavilion and in the official program. The aim is to put everything the team and guests need in one app instead of emails, PDFs and message groups.

What Eventiqs does

• Each team member sees their own flights, hotel and transfers in My Travel. Travel details are uploaded in bulk from the panel. When a detail changes, the person it concerns gets a notification automatically.
• The 12-day program is published in Speaker Flow. Everyone sees their own program in My Calendar and gets a reminder before each session.
• The Delegation section lists the BBVA team, hosted clients and hosted delegates separately.
• The expo guide, COP31 amenities such as transport and Wi-Fi, and the media guidance are in the app. Key announcements reach the right group as push notifications.
• The team and guests use the app in Turkish or English, message each other and plan meetings in it.
